Please contact us for a quotation and freight estimate
Volume discounts are available for 10 or more kits
Shipping charges are added to the invoice. Alternately, customers may provide their own FedEx or DHL account information
Appropriate packaging is determined by the kit stability and delivery time
When possible we bulk package to reduce shipping costs and waste
Incidents of damage, loss or shortage must be reported to us within five days of receipt
All kits must be refrigerated between 2-8 degrees C upon receipt, check the inserts for any other conditions required
Kits should NEVER be frozen
Please investigate paperwork requirements, we will include standard custom forms but are not responsible for delays due to other missing forms

Kits shipped via FedEx Standard or Priority Overnight, Monday-Thursday
Orders placed before noon EST will usually be shipped same day

Salimetrics will not be responsible for product damage due to regulatory delays caused by non-compliance with local import regulations. Local customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
