Before placing an order, please contact us for an estimate on collection supplies, test costs and testing turnaround time
Vials must be labeled using Salimetrics' pre-printed, bar-coded labels
Follow our Test Specimen Submission and Test Specimen Shipping Guides carefully. The test order form and sample roster must be included with your shipment. This is very important. Be sure to contact us prior to collecting saliva samples so that we can help you avoid errors that may result in additional charges.

Steps for Trouble-free Testing

Contact us Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, EST
Authorized purchase order or valid VISA or MasterCard at time of order
International orders may require payment in advance via check, credit card or wire transfer
If special reagents must be made or purchased for certain assays, advanced payment may be required

All payments in US dollars
May require payment in advance
All invoices are Net 30 days
Shipping charges are added to the invoice
Past due balances may result in late charges and subsequent orders may be held

Testing fees depend upon the assay requested and the number of samples to be tested
Handling charges will be added to the invoice when additional labor or processing is required for improperly prepared samples

Samples are accepted only with prior approval, contact us for instructions and cost estimates
Storage for a limited time is available
Additional fees will be charged if non-standard vials are sent, if the samples are not properly batched, if additional data entry is required, or if aliquoting is required
