  • Sensitivity lower than 1pg/ml

  • Better correlation with serum than its predecessor

  • Incubation time of only two hours

  • Dilution of the sample not required for the assay

  • Better curve with increased separation of optical densities

  • Better reproducibility than its predecessor

 

The kit is intended for diagnostic as well as research use with saliva.
