We look forward to working with you, too!

"I want to send gratitude and praise to the team at Salimetrics. At any time, I could contact them with a question or request for information and each time the response was exceptional. This has helped me immensely and has been a positive experience for me in a time of distress (writing a dissertation!). I look forward to continued work with Salimetrics as I begin to collect data."

"Salimetrics has the best customer service of any company I’ve ever engaged with! I’ve been repeatedly impressed by how helpful the staff are, how quickly people respond to me, and the thoroughness of their responses. This was the first time I had ever conducted saliva research and I was nervous about not being familiar with the procedures. However, every single question I had was completely answered by the staff which made the process easy and made me feel more confident in the whole process."

"We used the Saliva Collection Aid to optimize our saliva collection from human participants, while minimizing saliva spill and time for collection. Other saliva collection methods we tried were time consuming, uncomfortable, messy and tedious. All of which led to frustration from both the researcher and the participant. I highly recommend the SCA and other Salimetrics’ products and services to my colleagues. I also highly value the correspondence of the staff at Salimetrics and will continue to use their services in my research endeavors. "

"I have worked with Salimetrics for almost nine years now. They have been an absolute joy to work with! From the early stages of my dissertation in the first years of working with salivary alpha-amylase and cortisol assays they were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and prompt to respond to any of my questions. Their professionalism and commitment to excellence is apparent on every level- from their sales team to their tech support and research development team. They are on the cutting edge of the biomarker research field, as they continuously expand to develop tests for newly discovered valuable biomarkers. Their Spit Camp is not only a great educational experience, but an opportunity to collaborate with researchers in this field from all over the world. I highly recommend attending Spit Camp."

"We used the High Sensitivity Salivary Cotinine Quantitative enzyme immunoassay kit from Salimetrics. Developing a method for this assay could be useful as an indicator of both mucosal nicotine metabolism and exposure levels. We sought to assess exposure of human olfactory neurons to this xenotoxic compound by analyzing levels in nasal lavage fluid. By developing an optimized protocol for standardized nasal lavage fluid collection and processing, we were able to achieve a high level of sensitivity and specificity for the determination of smoking status, and provided the first data on cotinine exposure levels in the human olfactory mucosa. We found the kits easy to use and highly reliable. During the period of method development, we found the customer and technical service teams from Salimetrics very helpful and professional. We also received excellent after-sales service. We therefore highly recommend Salimetrics for new scientific adventures."

"In June 2009, I and three of my colleagues had the opportunity to attend the Spit Camp Training Course organized by the Salimetrics staff and Professor Granger. We have no hesitation in recommending Spit Camp to anyone who is thinking of doing research involving saliva hormone or steroid measurements. The course was packed with a wealth of information both theoretical and practical, with plenty of advice as to what to do or avoid which was accumulated over the years by Douglas Granger, a world authority in this field. All of us, experienced old hands and newcomers alike, left the course new ideas and broadened horizons. The Salimetrics staff made us feel very welcome; since the conference, they have been courteous, extremely helpful, quickly responding to all inquiries."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Spit Camp and felt that it was very worthwhile. I think the physiological information was highly valuable for those of us who are new to analyzing saliva for research purposes. I thought the ‘hands-on’ lab experience was also very helpful. The staff was wonderful on both days – it is clear that you are all part of a very well run company. I was impressed with the willingness that everyone displayed to share information. I will certainly recommend this to colleagues in the future."

"I wanted to write you to thank you for making Spit Camp a very enjoyable and informative experience. I was particularly impressed by your willingness to take time from your busy schedule to teach the class and answer our many questions. Everything from saliva, cortisol, and amylase, all the way to research design questions, it meant a great deal to me and the other students in the class that you were able to assist us with so much. All the literature and references you provided were also extremely helpful and I am sure I will get much use out of them in the future. Thank you again for your time, your services, and your resources contributed both to all of us and the scientific community. I look forward to contacting you in the future."

"My program of research includes collecting saliva with hard-to-reach and marginalized groups. Salimetrics provided me thoughtful and precise suggestions to retain quality and integrity of specimen collection and facilitated problem-solving of salivary collection with these study participants. Attending Spit Camp, where I was able to meet with the individuals working on my data and observe their standards of practice, added confidence and alleviated analysis concerns for this phase of the studies."
